Heart Uterus Meditation

Do this meditation everyday before you do acupressure the points you are going to learn in this 7 day series of getting your body baby ready.

So first of all put one hand on your heart, the other hand on your lower abdomen. Take a deep breath in, and relax. Close your eyes if you like. Ok breath in for a count of 4, hold for a moment and breath out for a count of 4. Repeat this for a few times. Ok so now your attention to your heart centre, between your breasts. Once you have done that, bring your attention to your uterine area, Now I would like you to  imagine your heart and uterus connecting, imagine with a gold cord, or chose a colour that suits you,  that connects the 2, and energy or light are flowing between them. If this is a bit woo hoo for you, just give it a try. IT is not going to hurt, go with your imagination and be open to something different.

Now, reflect on the way you feel about your uterus and periods. So many of us have a love hate relationship with our periods. They can be painful, inconvenient, a source of sadness when they come. At some time today journal what arises for you – what your periods have meant for you. Did you feel shame, pain, despair, hopelessness? Acknowledge those feelings. This is the starting point for healing. Being aware of your current view your reproductive organs.

Now what I would like you to do is give your uterus a smile, give it some loving ???? Why are we doing this? There have been studies that speaking to plants in a kind way helps them thrive. Saying unkind thoughts, they do not do well. SO we are going to use the same idea for your body.

The uterus is an amazing organ. It is in the centre of our body, and when it is out of balance our whole body is out of balance.  Give your uterus a smile, and infuse it with feelings of love, see it fertile, full of flowers, nurture it.
